let me tell you how I feel about the “My Challenge Tracker” app… 😉
For years…literally years…my team and I have been running monthly fitness challenges in private Facebook groups. We check in daily for accountability, have fun daily tasks, and basically create a supportive community where people can get the best possible results with their fitness & nutrition programs.
As you’ve probably heard me say already – accountability is THE. GAME. CHANGER. Whether you make a pact with your best friend, text your neighbor every day after your workout, or vow to your family to cook a new healthy meal each week – VERBALIZING and having someone to hold you accountable is key.
If it’s up to just me….honestly…I’ll let myself down. I’ll make up excuses and think “oh..well this one time doesn’t matter” or “oh..I don’t really feel like it today.” And then I’ll wonder why I’m inconsistent or why I’m not seeing results. So I host these groups not only for people who need accountability, but to hold MYSELF accountable. I mean..I want good results, too!! 😉
This shi* works, guys.
Anyways..back to my point…this new app has launched recently & it’s seriously changing the game. My Challenge Tracker allows us as coaches to engage more with our customers, see their progress & tracking from day to day, and keep the focus specifically on goals.
With Facebook, it was really easy to get distracted, sometimes hard to find the group, and let’s be real – not everyone wants to check it every day, right??
THAT’S ALL FIXED NOW! 🙂
I upload files and helpful PDFs into the group, provide a “pinned” post with daily guidelines, and check in every morning and evening (if not more) to see where everyone is at for the day. I also have a “coach portal” where I can see who has typed out their goals, who has taken their progress photos/measurements/weight, who has tracked their workouts, and who has tracked their daily Shakeology. Basically I’m able to pinpoint, troubleshoot, and brainstorm with those who are maybe not seeing the results they want – because we’re tracking daily, but we’re making it fun (i hate tracking lol)
This app LITERALLY does the work for me & also makes it a LOT more user friendly for my challengers and other coaches on our team. With this app we can focus less on getting everyone to understand how our Facebook group works & what the expectations are, and shift the focus to what’s REALLY important and what everyone is here for – doing and SUPPORTING the DAILY consistent behaviors to get the best results.
So – ask your coach how you can get added to their next group, and ask them if they’re using the new app 😉
